1. General Conditions

By accessing or placing an order on this website, you confirm that you agree to and are bound by these Terms & Conditions. Supratechnic reserves the right to amend these terms at any time without prior notice.

 

2. Orders & Delivery

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed on the next business day following confirmed receipt of payment. Orders are not shipped on the same day they are placed.

  • Delivery Timeline: Merchandise will be delivered to your designated address within 3–5 business days (including weekends and public holidays) after dispatch from our warehouse.

  • Shipping Fees: Delivery fees are calculated based on the total weight of the package and applied at checkout.

3. Cancellations & Non-Refundability

  • No Order Cancellations: Once an order is placed and payment is completed, it cannot be canceled.

  • Non-Refundable: All sales are final and goods sold are non-refundable.

4. Returns & Exchange Policy

Exchanges are valid strictly within seven (7) working days from the date of delivery for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect:

 

  • Eligibility: Items must be in brand-new, unused condition with unopened original packaging, intact seals/sleeves, all original accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and any promotional free gifts.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order invoice number and receipt are required.

  • Non-Exchangeable: Opened items, broken security seals, or installed products are non-exchangeable.

5. Warranty & Liability

  • Coverage: Supratechnic provides a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase covering major manufacturing defects in material and workmanship.

  • Exclusions: Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, minor cosmetic imperfections, misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs/modifications.

  • Expired Warranty Fee: An administrative and diagnostic fee of RM150.00 applies for service inquiries on products outside the warranty period.
